Finding the perfect fit for your company requires a lot of groundwork. Many professionals in specialized, senior and management level roles aren’t currently looking – meaning they won’t be active on job boards and they’re unlikely to respond to job postings.  That’s where MAC comes in. 

Rather than relying on job boards or internal databases, we take an active approach and design a custom search strategy based on your unique needs. 

To start, we conduct an environmental assessment using a wide variety of both new-school and old-school techniques – from complex internet searches and LinkedIn to business directories, association websites, trade publications, news articles and calling industry experts – to create a roadmap for how to find those people.   We reach out to qualified individuals and high-level professionals in the industry for recommendations and conduct in-depth interviews to ensure fit for skills, company culture, logistics and interest.  We then present you with a small number of handpicked, high-caliber candidates, narrowing the field until you find the perfect person for the job.

Our Success Rate

Since opening MAC Recruitment in July 2016, our success rates are:

  • Filled over 85% of all roles where client worked with one or more other agencies on the same role (and the position was filled by an agency)*

  • 74% of all positions recruited on resulted in a job offer being extended

  • 68% of all roles recruited on were filled by MAC; 77% within medical devices**

  • 75% of all candidates placed within our areas of expertise are still employees at that company***; and

  • 50% of those candidates have been promoted
